Additional Analytics Code

If you want to use something besides Google Analytics we have a simple way to add that in. In the admin go to the Account panel and open Account. At the bottom you will see Google Analytics ID:. This is where you enter your Google Analytics ID only but if you want to put separate code in or use Google Analytics in addition to other code simply paste it into the box. If you want to use additional code and Google Analytics at the same time paste the full code from both.

For example if you wanted to add sitemeter you would enter the following:
<!– Site Meter –>
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://sm2.sitemeter.com/js/counter.js?site=CODENAME”>
</script>
<noscript>
<a href=”http://sm2.sitemeter.com/stats.asp?site=CODENAME” target=”_top”>
<img src=”http://sm2.sitemeter.com/meter.asp?site=CODENAME” alt=”Site Meter” border=”0″/></a>
</noscript>
<!– Copyright (c)2006 Site Meter –>

If you wanted to use sitemeter and google analytics it would look something like:

<script type="text/javascript">

  var _gaq = _gaq || [];
  _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-XXXXX-Y']);
  _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);

  (function() {
    var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
    ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
    var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);
  })();

</script>

<!– Site Meter –>

</script>
<noscript>
<a href=”http://sm2.sitemeter.com/stats.asp?site=CODENAME” target=”_top”>
<img src=”http://sm2.sitemeter.com/meter.asp?site=CODENAME” alt=”Site Meter” border=”0″/></a>
